Board Games in the Woodland

Service Description

Come along for a relaxing bank holiday Monday gaming in the stunning woodland at Meanwood Farm. There will be a variety of games available to play and guidance throughout from Emma on how to play. Feel free to also bring your own games along! Party games, strategy games, family games, cooperative games and more will be available to play. Enjoy sitting amongst the trees and flowers in the sunshine (hopefully). If it does rain, there will be shelters available so don't be deterred by the weather! Tables and picnic mats will be set up ready for play but if you're able to bring a camping chair with you, that would be great! Don't worry if not as many chairs will be on site. Throughout the day the lovely Barn cafe on site will be serving up hot drinks/ cold drinks, cakes, sandwiches and soups. The event is also BYOB so feel free to bring along your bank holiday beers and wine to enjoy while you play! The event is open to all ages and will be a safe welcoming space for all. Come along with friends and family or join solo- you'll be welcomed into a game when you arrive! Parking is available on site- it is limited though so please try to lift share where possible. We're also just 5mins away from the bus stop and the cycle path goes right through the farm. The session is running from 12- 6 but feel free to join at anytime during the afternoon- you don't need to be here for the whole thing as games will start and finish at different times throughout the day.
