Galentine's Day Forest School for adults

Service Description

A special one-off forest school for adults especially for Galentine’s Day. All women welcome. Connect with nature, make new friends, and take part in lots of fun activities around the woodland in a forest school led by experienced Forest School Leader, Emma. Galentine's Day Forest School will include team-building activities, crafting, forest bathing, and survival skills—all celebrating friendship, fun, and nature. There will be a chance to sit around the warm fire and share stories, laughter, or just enjoy the calmness of the campfire. No previous experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and willingness to have fun! Forest school is always participant-led, so if there’s anything you can’t or don’t feel like taking part in, there will be options available. You can come along solo or with friends. Everyone will feel part of the group. All Yorkshire WLD sessions are inclusive and welcoming safe spaces. When booking through the online form, there is an opportunity to add any adjustments you may need. We want everyone to have the best time possible! Parking is available on site and the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. Toilets are available a few minutes’ walk from the woodland. There is also a lovely café on site if you want to make a day of it and grab some lunch or a drink before the session!
