Service Description

Come and join Yorkshire WLD for some serene crafting in the beautiful woodland at Meanwood Valley Farm. Expect a fun, inclusive atmosphere, guided crafts and a place to relax surrounded by beautiful spring flowers in the woodland. There will be a choice of crafts for you to have a go at- including: glass decoration, willow stars, jewellery making and more. No previous experience is necessary- just a bit of enthusiasm and a warm coat! Shelter will be available, so we will be able to go ahead even if it starts to rain. If you have a camping chair to bring, that would be great but there is seating available too! There is parking available onsite. There is also the lovely Barn Cafe on site, if you want to treat your Mum to a coffee/ cake/ lunch before or after the session. The session will be run by a qualified first aider. There is a section on the booking form for you to mention anything we need to be aware of. To find the forest area when you arrive, look for the exit only sign on the left before you reach the reception and follow the path up to the left until you reach a black gate- go through the gate and you will find us there!
